Project details

The subject of the project is the upgrade of the port in the northern part in order to increase the port’s capacity for mooring smaller vessels up to 6 m in length with works that include the new eastern breakwater facility and the new northern breakwater facility.

The new eastern breakwater facility is 46m long while the northern breakwater facility is 23m long. The cross-section of the breakwater structure is made as an underwater wall made of C35 / 45 concrete with a shell, in two layers of chemical lining weighing up to 0.8 t on the outside. A reinforced concrete wall with a stone cover was built above the submarine wall. The body of the building is made in the embankment with a final reinforced concrete slab with stone cladding.

Reconstruction and extension of the existing shoreline with additional concrete submarine wall, reinforced concrete wall and stone cladding was performed within the scope of the scope. The deepening of the seabed was performed by excavation with excavation machines.

In addition to the construction part, a hydrant network and horticultural arrangement of the project were performed.
